Our social and political system is rotten to the core. The USA is an empire that has ended no matter what the MAGA crowd professes. I am not surprised that Trump is running for president. Congress has passed no bill to prevent this type of person from running for president. In the House, we have at least twelve Republicans who should be on trial for supporting the insurrection. The Republicans are going after Hunter Biden, what about Jarret and Ivanka? This country is being threatened by a fascist/authority which is a much smaller portion of the population. History repeats and is repeating in this country. Both parties are corrupt and no good leadership on the horizon. The 2024 elections will be like no other.
If you actually believe that both parties are the same you haven’t been paying attention and lack a nuanced view of American politics. One party wants to control Womens bodies while the other wants women to decide. One party believes in objective reality while the other believes in disinformation and conspiracy theories.
